PAYMENT

GoldFingers Company only accepts payment by Paypal with major credit/debit cards. Orders must be confirmed and paid within 24 hours. GoldFingers Pomade reserves the right to cancel any unpaid orders at our sole discretion.

SHIPPING

Thank you for shopping with Goldfingers Company. We ship to virtually any address in the world. We make all efforts to process your order within 24 hours. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays may take slightly longer. Once your order is processed you will receive an order confirmation followed by a shipping confirmation accompanied with a tracking number via email.

 

Our rates are:

 

Free domestic shipping across Singapore via registered mail. Orders should reach you in about 3-5 business days.

$6.00 shipping fee for Malaysia and Brunei via registered mail. Orders should reach you in about 5-7 business days.

$20.00 shipping fee across Asia Pacific via registered mail. Orders should reach you in about 7-14 business days.

$35.00 shipping fee for all other countries not stated via registered mail. Orders should reach you in about 7-14 business days.

 

All prices quoted are in SGD.

Please note that shipping prices are only for orders up to 3kg. Orders exceeding 3kg will be quoted separately.

You may also be liable for customs or import duties when the items arrives at your destination.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Goldfingers Company takes every effort to ensure the quality of our products and that your 

purchase arrives to you in good condition. Should you experience a problem with your order 

please email info@goldfingerspomade.com and we will resolve the issue.

Customers may return/exchange the items within 7 days in the following cases:

                   1. Received a defective product.

                   2. Received a different product from what you ordered.

Terms for returns and exchanges:

                   1. Product must be unopened in original packaging.

                   2. Exchange of defective/incorrect product will be delivered at our cost.

                   3. Return/exchange not accepted other than the cases stated above.
